New Covid-19 Office Procedures

Effective July 6th, 2020

As part of our safety protocol starting Monday, July 6th, 2020, our clinicians will begin seeing patients in-office one day per week and the remaining days will continue to provide telehealth services.  Priority for in-office visits will be given to patients who no longer have telehealth coverage.  If your insurance continues to approve telehealth services, we encourage you to continue seeing your clinician via telehealth unless they determine an in-office visit is necessary.  If it is determined you need to be seen in-office, there are new safety procedures that must be followed.  Please find them listed below:

There are some new procedures for those who are coming into the office:

  • Please take your temperature the morning of your appointment to ensure you do not have a fever of 100.0 degrees or higher.

  • You must wear a mask or face covering at all times while in the building. If you forget we will have masks for purchase in the office.

  • Upon arrival we will take your temperature via touchless thermometers and ask pre-screening questions.

We ask that the patient comes alone for their appointment or if they are a minor they may be accompanied by one parent or guardian.

**If you tested positive for COVID, have a fever, travelled across state borders within the last

two weeks or are not feeling well, we will require you to have a virtual

appointment or reschedule for a later date.
